For Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity building we use a
combination of training, mentoring, tele-advisory services, facilitation of
development of results monitoring frameworks among other approaches depending

Baseline surveys/ Needs Assessments/ Situation Analyses
As an organisation, we have competencies to conduct quantitative and qualitative
research in wide ranging thematic areas. In the past we have done baseline studies/
thematic studies in Gender, Education, Water and Sanitation, Poverty Reduction/
Economic Empowerment, Governance, HIV and AIDS Programs, Environment/ Climate Change,

developing research instruments, collecting data, analyzing data and compiling
research reports. We use statistical analysis software packages for rapid, accurate

Project Evaluation
Over the past twelve years, we have developed experience in
carrying our mid-term, final and ex-post evaluations. We are expert
at evaluating initiatives using qualitative and/ or quantitative
methods. Further, we have vast experience evaluating programmes
using the OECD DAC evaluation criteria.Our roster of evaluators
includes social scientists, statisticians, nutrition specialists,
educationists, public health specialists, OVC specialists,
engineers and Environmental Scientists, among others. Our senior
experts have up to 30 years of experience in their fields of
specialization, having worked both within Zimbabwe and abroad.
